Not only can these tools be used universally for any grill on the market, but they also cater to specific OUTDOORCHEF products.
At WAEGLI DESIGN, our innovative approach guarantees a cohesive design for all cleaning tools. Moreover, through close collaboration with OUTDOORCHEF, we meticulously optimized the design to ensure the easy interchangeability of brush heads and scraper blades. By prioritizing user convenience, we’ve transformed the cleaning experience. With our attention to detail and commitment to practical solutions, we’ve created a design that seamlessly combines form and function. ELEVATING CLEANING TOOLS WITH INNOVATIVE DESIGNS
The design of this diverse range of cleaning tools is centered around the handle, bringing a cohesive and visually appealing look. Utilizing the same design language, the ends of the handle are modified to seamlessly incorporate various brush heads and scraper blades.
The hanger is not only functional but also serves as a standout design feature, adding a touch of sophistication. Crafted from flexible silicone material, the hanger is carefully shaped to effortlessly fit onto any hook, including standardized POS hanger systems.
The large grill brush goes beyond ordinary functionality with its front attachment, designed for efficient cleaning of OUTDOORCHEF diamond cast-iron grids. Additionally, the funnel and plancha scraper are meticulously crafted to tackle even the most persistent stains on these specific products.
From Concept to Production:
A Comprehensive Journey
Collaborating closely with OUTDOORCHEF, WAEGLI DESIGN provided expertise and support from the initial concept to the final production phase and beyond. Guided by a meticulous Design for Manufacturability (DFM) process, we leveraged our cutting-edge in-house 3D-printing capabilities. This allowed us to meticulously ensure the ergonomics, feasibility, and manufacturability of each product, with special attention to the injection molding process and overall aesthetics.
To bolster OUTDOORCHEF’s marketing and sales endeavors, WAEGLI DESIGN produced high-quality visualizations of these diverse cleaning tools. Additionally, we crafted captivating packaging artwork that not only highlights the distinct features of each product but also accentuates their remarkable design.
